TJ Thompson - Independent For Congress (IN-6)

       My name Is TJ Thompson.  I am a 26 year old average American guy - I am not a lawyer, doctor, accountant, or Politician.  I am a regular citizen who is fed up with the Government ignoring our voices.  For too long now, our elected officials have wasted our tax dollars, made careers in politics, and only act like they care about us when they need our vote.

      Mike Pence is the current Representative in the 6th District.  For a decade, Mr. Pence has been a wonderful, respectable politician for Indiana.  But politics is not meant to be a career.  Serving in Congress is a privilege and a service to the American People. 

      Now is the time for Washington DC to welcome fresh faces, ideas, and voices to the halls of The Capitol Building.

       I will not participate in "mud-slinging" against Mr. Pence - or any other disrespectful behavior.  Hoosiers deserve better.   I have the utmost respect for Mr. Pence and the manner in which he has served Indiana.  I will run a friendly, respectable and honest campaign in my desire to represent the 6th District, and will serve the people of Indiana in the same manner while in Washington, DC.

       I have adopted the appropriate slogan of another average man who is also campaigning for Congress - Factory Worker & Forklift Driver,  Mr. Bradley Rees of Virginia's 5th District.

       The time to act is NOW!  "We The People" must start a New American Revolution.  This revolution will start at the polls.  We must vote out these Washington 'veterans' who have made a career in politics.  We must vote out those who have served for decades at a time.  It is time that Capitol Hill has fresh faces, ideas, and politics.  The time is NOW!
